• Rebuilt the team and operational structure post covid, ultimately achieving the highest engagement score in the ANZ network. Changed shift structures and built operational cadences with visual management. Managed out underperforming workers and contractors. Developed a new leadership team with focus on succession planning - which facilitated my own progression.

• Led the network on safety performance including attaining ISO 45001 Certification, Chain of Responsibility implementation, and safe dangerous goods handling protocols.

• Developed ways of working to grow site throughput by 40% facilitating interstate DC consolidation and to maintain DIFOT during peak.
